**Blog Description for Lesson 22:** In Lesson 22, What I see is a form of vengeance, we explore how our attack thoughts shape our perception of the world. By recognising that our fears and anger are projected illusions, we can begin to escape the vicious cycle of seeing threats and embracing a new way of seeing.
Lesson 21 focuses on recognising the power of our thoughts, especially anger, and choosing to see things differently. Through practice, we can shift from judgement to understanding, bringing peace to situations that usually trigger frustration or upset.
